Dear Gamblers Express, Our trip to Laughlin was such a pleasant "cheerer-upper"
for two elderly people this past Sept 24-27. The plane ride, the hotel room, the kindness
shown my husband was so appreciated. It was amazing to me to see him so happy to be there in
Laughlin!! I want to mention that he usually sleeps until 11:00 or 12:00 every morning here at
home, but the 3 days we were there he was up shaving at 6:00am! It was a joy to see him so
energized. Thank you for the care and special attention received because of his health and
need for a walker. Our traveling days may be over soon, but we both wanted you all to know how
much we appreciated and enjoyed the Gamblers Express complimentary trip you have provided for us

I want to tell you how wonderful this past weekend in Reno was. Dad and I had a great time. The bus
was so enjoyable and your family is terrific. The trip could not have been better and thank you for
all the work you did to accomodate my Dad. This is the best trip I've taken in quite some time.

Oh my God, it was incredible. Mike and Sunday are the best, and when the kids aren't climbing

7/30/07 We just returned from a great weekend in Lake Tahoe. We missed our flight out
of Monterey on Friday and had to take a flight out of San Jose. Thanks to Tamara and Ben they
made arrangements for us to stay in Reno that night even though the hotel was sold out, they managed
to get us a great room. The Martina McBride concert was a blast, again thanks for set up -
excellent seats! All the crew at Gamblers Express are a tough act to follow. You
set the standard of excellence. We have already begun putting $$ into our piggy bank for the
next trip in seven years - well so that's what Geoge says. ha ha! THANKS,

I just got back from my first trip with Gamblers Express. We took the Fresno - Reno trip over the
weekend. I loved the service. Never had to worry about our luggage, didn't waste time checking into
the hotel. It was all taken care of for us, all we had to do was show up. I noticed that many of the
people on the trip where "regulars" to gamblers express. Ben and Shem are familiar
with each individual and knew them all by name. They provided a very comfortable atmoshere for
all. I will definately book all of my gambling trips thru Gamblers Express. Thanks a

Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience with Gamblers Express. My husband and
myself were on a waiting list for Harrahs Laughlin and fortunately we did get on and we had a
wonderful time. This was our first time going with Gamblers Express and it will not be our
last. Our room was so nice with a beautiful river view. We enjoyed the sandy beach. We
pulled our lounges right into the water and relaxed as the water splashed on us. We also
had massages at the Spa and they were the best ever. Our dinner at The Range Steakhouse was
terrific with a terrific river view window. Thank you again for such a great time.
